We are an open group and welcome people with a commitment to deepening their understanding and taking action to end racism. We ask people interested in becoming a member to take one of our fall workshops before formally joining the group. Racial Justice Dialogues
Join us the 3rd Sunday of the each month for our Racial Justice Dialogue series. These are drop-in sessions with rotating topics open to anyone with a general understanding of race and white privilege. Join us if you are looking for a space to dialogue with others about racial justice.

Groundwork uses its funds to support people-of-color-led anti-racism initiatives in Madison, to reach out to and challenge white people in the Dane County community to prioritize racial justice and to connect with nationwide anti-racism networks. We have an all-volunteer member base.
